WhatsApp is planning to launch a new variant in your video conferencing software collection. According to the original article in TechRadar, WhatsApp will soon allow you to reach up to 50 members in one video call through a desktop. The decision will automatically book the app a place at the business calling table among Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet.

Researchers at WABetaInfo have claimed they’ve noticed a new feature in a beta version of WhatsApp Web. You’ll be able to start using this option in two different ways: a link in WhatsApp’s menus will redirect you to a newly released Messenger Rooms, where you can create a video conference and send an invitation to people, or you can create a conference straight from WhatsApp.

The launch date for the new alternative to the software giants is still unknown, but according to Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who had noted that Messenger Rooms would be launched in April and be available via WhatsApp, we can expect that the fresh update to be right around the corner.
